It’s absolutely no doubt a “tier 1” deposit - been upramped to this effect at least 10,000 times on this forum, and by some individual posters 100s of times again and again

But that’s mistaken thinking:

What’s missing in the project equation is

- infrastructure requirements (rail/road, power etc)
and
- transport costs, which can turn a tier 1 cost deposit into tier 2 or 3 or worse

Who would want to own AVZ if the story explicitly was “high cost” not just that it’s big and high grade?

But - until the infrastructure and transport costs sorted - that’s where it is at.

I can’t see the justification much higher sp until these issues sorted favourably.
