I think it would be a wise move, it would allow things to progress a bit quicker and remove the capital raise concerns that I believe are holding us where we are today.
I found this article a couple of days back, if you can get past the doom and gloom there is a bit of interesting information in there about dec being the boom time for medical sales and the bidding war it sounds like they are trying to achieve with the strategic partnership.
