MD salary high relative to a pleb like me but reasonable and reasoned in the announcement, and that matters.
I'm very happy that the company doesn't gift shares on arbitrary VWAPs. They all pay their own way through having to pay exercise prices higher than the current SP. This company clearly understands incentives.
