The break below 2 was harsh and led to the bargain basement cap raise price. Unfortunately it damaged sentiment so there will be some reluctant to take it up even at that price. Back to low 2's will better reflect fair value in my opinion. Not taking up the 1.2 price may turn out to be a missed opportunity but that's often how the market goes. Certainly June is a lousy time for raising cash. What we need to see is price getting through the last cap raising price of 2.6.
