What I didn't like was the way in which GK was acquired via a CR and then the further two acquisitions appeared to include the 'need money for infant formula expansion' line in order to force a new CR for a somewhat unrelated acquisition. Did they use the capital from the GK purchase/CR to acquire the next two companies? Then continue to say the next CR is 'required' for infant formula expansion, which was apparently the intention of the very first one...
