As I said a couple of years ago, its simple for me. The world has fallen dramatically behind in terms of exploration finds verse world consumption.

There is a hole, and its large.Since the oil price crashed the smart money has bought proven oil assets as opposed to exploration assets. The extent to which this has occured as prices have risen again has changed but still favours M and A.
