A compulsory takeover only kicks in once MIN have 90% of the stock. But MIN will have control once they're over 50% and I don't think FMG and Gina want to be minority shareholders. However I don't think MIN can use the tax credit as they would need 100% own to consolidate the financials. I'd be surprised if we didn't get a higher offer from someone
