Wang, I agree. I had a look at WLE Wilson Leaders with an NTA of $1.19 and a share price of $1.14. Given that a guesstimate of tax would be 5 cents, you could say that WLE is trading at NTA. Hence my question about the large descrepancy. But I think you’re right about the lack of churn and thus having to actually pay the tax in the year the profit was incurred, (which hasnt happened). Still, a big gap !
