Agreed Nil, the trouble with management is they don't seem to have the skill set to get a resource across the finish line, sure they have some great discoveries but its time for them imo to realise their own lack of ability and hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they are doing to get some deals done.

Crook has had enough time and I think is now found lacking. I don't mind someone earning good coin for a good job, but when been at a job for 14 years costing $400k plus and have graph like this, please spare me the tall poppy talk for gawds sake...
We need to spill the board imo.
