Agree with all you wrote. Minor revision of 3rd point.
There are OTT platforms providers (technology) and OTT implementations by their clients (operation).
- TV2U is the platform provider and Indosat is the client using TV2U's platform under the label iStream to provide streaming service to its customers.
- Visinesia and Klix Media (part of Fed Media) are platform providers and KlixTV is their subsidiary as well as operator, providing directly streaming services to their customers.
- Accedo is the platform provider and Telekomsel is the client using Accedo's platform under the label MAXstream to provide streaming service to its customers.
Their announcement below if interested.

Accedo is the main TV2U competitor I was referring to in my previous posts. It's a privately held company with a holding by a private equity firm (SEB). They provide OTT platforms (Verimatrix and Vindicia) to most major media players (over 350 companies) including Telstra, CNN, ESPN, Fox Sports, BBC, HBO, Netflix, Spotify, Disney, Astro, Deutsche Telekom, Disney, Fox, HBO, NBC Universal, Netflix, Globo and Telefonica (the last two in Brazil) and many others, including private companies. They are also building a new VR platform (Virtual Reality).
