Assuming the SAG mill is the vast majority is very wrong. There is another 5 ball mills, a vertical mill and at least 7 conveyors underground all upwards of 7MW each. Then add crushing and pumping of slurry etc. I'd put it a closer to 25% of the site total. NSW has 20,000MW of installed capacity. Even using the 3x rule you use brings the SAG up to 66MW, and only 0.33% of the states capacity. I'm not going to dispute the power Cadia uses is insignificant. I'm just saying the SAG mill is not >3% of NSW power requirements.
