    Sorry - One more post to highlight my point
    The 48% Novomatic don’t own is valued at 163m
    35-40% premium values the stake at 220-228 vs the 473 m they paid for the 52% . They ofcourse woukd drive a few million on cost synergies as well one would imagine. Not certain by decent potential to happen imo
