I think if PRT can pay down its debt and clear up its balance sheet (i.e. get all the one-off impairment charges out of the way), then this should be looking quite attractive and worthy of a higher multiple, and probably a takeover.

I own a few small caps around PRTS market cap, and have owned many over the years. Every time I see PRTs market cap relative to the 25m NPAT I am amazed. Even if the renegotiation with 7 ends up impact NPAT and dropping it to say 16-18 m that will still represent amazing value for what will be an ungeared company with very high cash flow conversion
