Just for you Dan as you are one of the few who can oppose my points without being rude.

Have you ever lost money investing in QBL?

No - in fact I made some money back in 2014. In fact I remember the day. I was flying from Perth to Melbourne with my son on a footy trip with his club. By the time I had landed in Melbourne the SP had reached 7c - while I was sitting on the plan waiting to disembark I placed a sell order on my phone. I picked the parcel up for around 2.5c - nice trade!

Have you ever had any involvement legally or personally with any employee or board member of QBL?

No - posting here is how I distract myself from the general grind of daily life.

Do you personally know anyone that has been involved in any litigation with an employee of QBL or board member?

No - and anyone qualified legally would not place themselves into that position.

Do you personally know anyone outside of this forum that has lost money investing in QBL?

No - I recall a guy called Happycats banging on about QBL when they were doing their Aluminium thing. At the time, I thought he was far too strident in his views. He was about as popular back then as I am now. However, he started to make sense and he said nothing would come of it - four years later and where are they on South Johnstone / Aluminium? Also, I learned a lot from the TON thread - that was very sad. There was a guy there that pushed that thing so hard and he had a band of brothers with him. Any dissent was pounced upon. He fell hard - poor soul. Oddly - I made some good dollars out of TON.
If you would like to learn some things - you should go and read some of the old TON posts. One of mods around here can tell more about that sad saga.

My experiences and observations with 'penny dreadfuls' is that they seem, for the most part, lifestyle vehicles for company officers. No doubt - there are some good ones around.

They have a project - normally one that is in 'flavour' (phosphate - aluminium - lithium - MM). They raise money via placements - the share registry builds - a cycle of "investors" rolls through all with dreams of new yachts etc. Things fail to progress and the cycle starts again.

All the while the directors are spending funds on trips overseas + expensive management agreements + exorbitant rent + whatever else they can think of.

It's all in the accounts - you just have to look.

    Hope that helps.
