the pullback to 2.0 on market [ even onto the sell side ] on Friday would have stopped alot of people putting in which means much less scale back [ if any ] for the shareholders that did support the company
Mid June is always a very hard time to do CRs with tax loss selling [ sell in May and go away ]
so will be a great result to get this over the line fully / oversubscribed this time of year
