hey slapstick, dont you feel like a 2nd class shareholder in all of these? Now that Nobody wants the placement, THEN you get your turn.... Can you imagine if that 15M at $0.20 went through and the investors dump their share at $0.20 while keeping the options. The previous buyer including you and me will see our investment stuck for a very long time. Why cant MZM get a share purchase plan in the 1st place? This can only tell you 2 things. 1) They cant be bother. 2) THey favour rich investors. Also you can see that time is not a factor here because they now being force into a share purchase plan. We should have an idea about the management on board when one of the director got away with a $5000 quick buck on christmas in 2006. I feel sorry for that buyer... seriously...
