FMG could simply not want another smaller player to get bigger, so there approx. 19% is for blocking purposes and so the Port access is not the main consideration. Even if it was, who is to say they weren't aware of this already and could not structure work arounds.

Any positive lithium news that hasn't been announced, will be at some point.

MAH board set a great example of how to agressively defend against undervalued offer for the "shareholders" company. Who are AGO's board looking after?

No matter, HotCopper doesn't dictate the share price and when all is said and done, either will a few announcements, or lack there of.
