I'm sure they have a much greater capacity to borrow funds given the current and potential size and value of Faboliden. I'll be surprised if the current debt arrangement isn't replaced by a commercial loan from Nordea Bank after Faboliden is in production.
If it gets Faboliden into production quicker than currently forecast then that will be a bonus to shareholders.
That document also confirms that they'll be using contractors at Faboliden for both the mining and trucking to Svartliden and that the contractors will be supplying all the additional equipment such as diggers and trucks so the additional Capital cost to get Faboliden into production is very small.
The CEO is throwing more of his personal funds at buying 'cheap' shares on the ASX so shareholders have little to worry about.
And Companies on the ASX do not have to give a running commentary every time they draw-down on a loan. It is only the size of the facility that is important.
Information in each quarterly report is current up to the end of each quarter, Companies, as a rule, do not update activities between that date and the release date of the report.
