Thanks. Now that I have read the announcement with a clear head I can see that Tshipi will distribute cash to shareholders - ie including the 49.9% owned by JMS. In turn JMS will pay us a dividend "equivalent to the cash received from Tshipi".
This would be 3.85c or thereabouts, all other things being equal.
