Well the ASX is WRONG! Legal but morally wrong!
The more you look at this the more it is obvious that it is a carry over from the days where only brokers had access to the ASX.
This practice is NOT a level playing field for all exchange users. If brokers are allowed to do this why can't traders in the street?
It is completely unfair and should be investigated.
I'm repeating this on the ASX general thread too - sick of this!
