I am sorry but I don't agree with your point of 370K shares were sold. In trading it is important whether the shares are bought or sold. In the price movements it is also important who drives the price and in which direction. So in relation to my comment, 370K+ shares were bought and being mathematician your figure of $15K does not have any sense as the buyer paid almost $58K. The related info is attached.
