I assume they had to keep creating videos to avoide the penalties but also to keep the investors believing they were selling a significant amount of packages to match their announcements in the press.

Very difficult to put a value on their video library. If they could not sell them first time around what value do they have? IMO the cost of sale would exceed the value any SME would be prepared to pay.

If the 3 Tesla cars are still driving around with branding on them then these guys have very thick skin indeed and do not appear to have any feeling of any wrong doing. Perhaps in their eyes they believed their own hype.
