With the access to information you have that SYT apparently haven't released - and we can only take your word for that, in the same way we must take GG/RA's word that this is a good deal for SYT - and no, I'm not having a crack, just trying for some clarity that some have seem to have and others don't, because what you are suggesting sounds somewhat underhand if not ominous - will you be dialling in to the webinar to voice your concerns and seek open answers to the various issues you have raised?

My primary question would be, why are they doing this deal if the downside risk - as you appear to be suggesting - outweighs the upside by a considerable margin?

More clearly, what are we retail shareholders missing that others aren't, and what is the upside?
