Yes, there's all sorts of unintended consequences for the shareholder who is forced into a sell against their wishes and against their good financial planning.
BTW, I've read punters stating "I won't sell", and tell me if I'm wrong, but if Rinehart carries out her TO for cash, there is no choice in this.
