fair points and agree except for item 5...if for example a CR is absolutely imperative to get some tech over the line why would you restrict the company's ability to raise funds?...I see no benefit whatsoever in restricting a company's ability to raise cash...access to ongoing fresh capital is why they list on the ASX...the vast majority (including blue chips to the specs) regularly tap that source for any number of reasons...if a company's access to raising cash is restricted it may as well give the game away and/or go private...
