I'm not a qualified expert, but can be considered a cynic, and so I postulate that, should you look, you may conclude that it this kind of thing is not in violation of any interperetation of the market rules. It may be said that the rules are made to support this kind of thing in the market, as it can be of interest to the rule makers.
My personal opinion, which if using any evidence, is evidence that may not admissable in court, and may not hold up to reasonable scrutiny.
