The word is that Peter Lawrance was tipped out of a fairly major deal on the gold coast that was a few years in the making.
I'm not sure if that is the reason for the dip in share price because all property stocks have been coping a kick in the teeth of late, but it certainly was a squandered opportunity that Axiom could have been a part off.
