problem is the Ni resouce grade dropped in % on the latest release, so same size HPAL plant will be producing less than if higher grade ore going through plant which hits the OPEX per ton of Ni produced. also the mention of rocks makes explosives and heavier duty crushing needed before transport via slurry pipe.
Be interesting if they could heap leach though like at Caldag
