    I think swap,You have forgotten one small thing ,Debt,that Centro owes NOW.So now the company is vunarable.This is the only factor in this company,which either it sinks or swims.I think they will survive(hope).and will be happy when they decide to clear debt,in the near future.This will provide all of us,in the long term VALUE.
