- its not a resource stock. Asx stocks with even a whiff of a good resource get heavily over invested and make those huge breakouts.
- the product is not widely understood. One again if you could quantify the product like a commodity it would be easier to understand. Ie 3.2 billion barrels of crude on the north slope of alaska is easy to understand.
- hasnt had a break even reporting quarter as yet.
- figures like 1-2mil rev per quarter doesnt really make headlines.
- market cap of 150mil ish is already way ahead of where the financial operation. So the revenues need to break through something like 10-15mil a year and be turning a profit before that moves north again.
- not high liquidity for instos to easily get in and out. There wokld be a half dozen retail investors on this forum that if the sold hheir entire holding at market we would see the price go below 10cents.
- take over probability low as senior execs and foknders hold close to half the stock.
- risk. Every investor needs to wait another 2 months to see the next quarterly/annual. Anything could hapoen and more enticeing opportunities are happening every day.
