Big reserves announcement. Great.
Who needs big reserves? China.
Have you checked out MMR board. Almost all Chinese including X-President of Schlumberger Asia(based in Beijing), and former head of exploration China National Petroleum Company. These are big hitters in China. These guys could have ready made partners.
MMR tightly held, but a big positive announcement would obviously affect both.
