Especially if it is learned that he and other directors started taking money out of the pot frivolously before everything went downhill. ASIC doesn't view dishonest directors kindly.
And I agree, this will be a major shake up for how 4C cash flows are reported and audited to maintain a trustworthy and transparent market where companies can be judged fairly on truthful snapshots of financial progress.
