1. By the time they reduce the debt as it is secured over all the farms and this is just one they are trying to sell through Landmark it will not leave much for anything else.

2. In the last market update they announced they will be upgrading the current processing facility at Camperdown rather than do the new development for some new product. Organic got pushed out of they way by that announcement and the sale of the farms.

So they are reducing debt by selling the farm(s), reducing milk production ownership by exiting the farm(s), not sure whether they want to go fancy-new-never-heard-of-product from someone else by upgrading the current processing plant (on leased premises) or go organic over the next x number of years with some yet-to-be-announced joint venture or wait for it, some new idea to keep people on the edge of their seats waiting for the next chapter.

Bad management and bad strategies can never be reconciled with investors.

They are probably selling one farm to buy another that is in the organic space. that's the direction of the business.
