Whitby says $70m for one hole, Williams says one hole in SC54 would cost $25 to $30m, and Coron has a north and south prospect...mmmmm!
I had a look at the map, and Coron was my preferred selection closest to Malampaya to advance with minimal risk. Anybody see anything else closer?
Whatever it is, it will be a target with the most likely outcome of turning up more oil to advance the co.'s revenue stream. Anything else at this stage, with more risk than a previously flowed well (especially at the figure Whitby is quoting), would be foolhardy!
