Yes, and anyone comparing EMR and Angkor management with Chinese and local cowboys is a fool or down ramping or both! It seems to me that Cambodia, that is experiencing rapid growth in many ways, and wants to get this right, is moving therefore into the modern world of mining and oversight.
They are sorting out the cowboys.
