The options sweetener looks very generous and a shame this was needed. Two year option at 25 % premium to close is worth a lot, maybe 5 cents per option or more ??. I’d love some of those. Unlucky with all the Trump trade war metals down environment.
Great the $10 m is done and dusted and fully funded albeit they appear to want to do a lot with it.
I’d be very happy if the company was taken out now at a good price as these projects are great but drill intensive.
