too simplistic...
our economy is reliant
on many different inputs and commodities
are all very well but you can't get them
out of the ground to sell unless you have
the financing in place to run the company
and the infrastructure in place to ship the
stuff and so on.
the relative strength of our mining sector
will not help our overall market whilst the
banking/financial sector is under a cloud.
ANZ and SGB have admitted to some of their
issues, and the elephant in the room right
now, imo, is NAB and the rumours swirling
around its' exposures.
