    June 20 (Reuters) - Mining infrastructure provider Mineral Resources (MIN) said on Wednesday it would not make a counter proposal to Hancock Prospecting's A$390 million ($288.29 million) bid for iron miner Atlas Iron (AGO) .

    Atlas Iron on Tuesday had given Mineral Resources three business days to match the A$0.042 per share takeover offer from Australian billionaire Gina Rinehart's Hancock Prospecting. ($1 = 1.3528 Australian dollars)
