Ok, seems like the difference is that vivienda does "gated community", while residential does the actual home building. Not sure why the separate "groups". Maybe an overlap or something. But GP seems to be a substantial company to engage with. Just like CAT.

They've been around since 1966 so definitely not a two bit company.
Here is hoping more exciting news is coming next month.
PS: Seems like FBR has a habit of releasing news during this period. Last year was CAT and next month its KSA MOU. History repeating?
