ILU needs to get their own house in order before looking at T/Os also this is dry mining isnt ILU mainly wet?
Probably do need to give Wilton either a rev up or show him the door having 80 permanent staff on such a small mining operation seems riduculous.
I thought all they would need is no more than 40 all it is is simple HMS after a couple of D11s push the sand up.
