It is very strange, people on the inside will always know what’s going on before the rest of the market does.
The market announcement of the HX completion and this one today have had absolutely no effect on the SP, people have actually been selling into this news. Is there something that the market doesn’t know and a few insiders are privy to?
Right now, I’m leaning to at best an extension of the MOU with CAT.
