On the contrary, people on the inside can't or shouldn't be able to do anything, regardless what they know about CAT's decision.
Because that would amount to insider trading and FBR could be in big trouble. Im sure FBR has proper compliance in place.
There can be many reasons why SP didnt go higher. But can't believe its selling from the "inside".
