True, true but keep this in mind brokers are in business to generate money for their respective organisations. They can only go on what companies are willing to tell them. Now companies do not sell themselves down do they? think spin spin spin then think what spin does to the share price then think about the advantage when it comes to capital raisings. Keep also in mind the stockbrokers who make money raising capital.
