Unfortunately all the captains were out and I got one of the Leutenants.

The problem was procedual.

They should have got the ASX's approval to use historical data before releasing it. Its standard rules they screwed up on and will apply for clearance early next week.

The feller was not a geo so was not able to answer my JORC related questions.

What I want to know is do they need to do more drilling to get it to JORC or do they have sufficient data to hand to do that.
