In relation to Reward the following may be of interest
Under the mining Act Western Australia all minerals belong to the state/Crown. There is a royalty paid to the State/ Crown. Reward will not loose tenements. Sec 31 is about access and if there is a problem the Native Title Tribunal is called in to mediate.
The consequence of all this is that things will be resolved. However under previous judgements the decision has gone against the Aboriginals and in favour of the Mine.

Under this scenario I would expect the Aboriginals to agree
to a deal soon as they may not get anything.

As the prescribed period ends March perhaps its a good time to look at Reawrd
