Seems the market don't really care of the down rating any more, eg., is UBS itself going to sell their holding after the down rating? Noop, the market now more like everyone is restocking AMP at current sp price. After all, it's still the top insurance company and it's finance is sound, lots of cash, the management is rebuilding, it's a scream buy, imo.
