I guess they will wait until the cheques clear!!......approval for the capital raisings (up to 150mill) was already approved at the AGM in November....
Doesn't it say something to you that they can raise $2.5mill silently away in the background at the drop of the hat??.....they didn't even have a need to throw the hat around to general shareholders to raise the $$$....eager and willing investors jumped at it!!
Still think it's BS and a conspiracy theory??.......I know the placement was fully taken up for a fact...and have several colleagues who were fortunate enough to grab a parcel........as I said before - I am flush out of folding atm...I missed out and couldn't take advantage of the arbitrage opportunity...
I would suspect the news of the placement will come in the half-yearly report.....which if not out next week - then I will cop a spray from all quarters...
