Who cares if they tic it down i will get even more excited if they sell it down for a shake ...
Volume is all that matters today is zilch after yesterdays above avg volume ....
what this means is register is getting tight and those that are buying in are holding not flipping ...
These are smart operators that could put this into something special next FY and we wont be talking about little tic downs...
Its all mind games ticking down annoys the people hence they do it ...
