Yep i agree, the whole takeover attempt was a bit of a balls up imo....

Hopefully the SEL team will be able to pick up a fair price for their holding or be able to sit on the Breakfree shares as an investment ?

I was sort of hoping FKP or the likes would be casting a rule over SEL.....nice little earner that shouldn't be hurt by a property downturn ...if it comes.
