PEM share price struggling and CBH rising this implies that it will cost more PEM shares to take out CBH holders. PEM has also said they intend to offer full script plus premium to CBH holders, so even more PEM shares to CBH.

Maybe the best way to buy PEM is to buy CBH instead and wait for the "takeover" and probably end up with consideably more shares for the same outlay.

Or at least keep a foot in both camps?
